gns3 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using the gns3 platform. By registering or using any part of the platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions stated herein. These terms take effect from the date your account is registered.
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions of Use
By accessing, browsing, or using the gns3 platform in any way — including registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or wager — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using the gns3 platform. Continued use following any changes to the terms will be taken as acceptance of the updated terms.
The gns3 platform may only be accessed and used by individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. gns3 reserves the right to request age verification at any time and to suspend any account that cannot satisfy this requirement.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the gns3 platform ("Platform"). Any disputes arising from the use of this platform are subject to the jurisdiction specified in the final section of this document.
Account Creation, Security, and User Responsibilities
Registration and Account Information
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the gns3 platform. Registering multiple accounts using the same or different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or payment details is strictly prohibited. Breaching this condition may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts.
All information provided during registration and throughout your use of the platform must be accurate, current, and complete. Users are responsible for keeping their account information up to date whenever changes occur. gns3 reserves the right to verify any information provided at any time.
Password & Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login credentials. Do not share your login details with anyone. gns3 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation or that there is suspicious activity, you must contact the gns3 support team immediately at [email protected]. Upon receiving and verifying your report, the platform will take appropriate steps to secure your account.
Prohibited Conduct
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Attempting to cheat, manipulate, or exploit any vulnerabilities in the platform's systems.
- Creating or using an account on behalf of another person without valid authorisation.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activities.
- Intentionally disrupting platform operations or the experience of other users.
Payment, Deposit, and Withdrawal Information in MYR
Currency and payment methods
All financial transactions on the gns3 platform — including deposits, wagers, and withdrawals — are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users do not need to perform any currency conversion to use this platform.
The platform accepts deposits via a range of local payment methods, including online banking (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, RHB Now, and others) as well as designated e-wallets. The list of available payment methods is subject to change and will be updated in the deposit section of the user account.
Deposit and withdrawal policy
Successful deposits will be credited to the user's account within the timeframe specified for each payment method. Withdrawals will be processed to the bank account or e-wallet registered by the user. gns3 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal as a security measure.
All transactions are final once confirmed and cannot be reversed except under circumstances specifically stated in the platform's policies. Any transaction disputes must be reported to customer support within 7 days of the transaction date.
Transaction Limits and Restrictions
Minimum and maximum amounts for deposits and withdrawals are set according to the chosen payment method and may vary. These limits may be updated by the platform from time to time. Users must comply with the limits in place at the time of the transaction. Transactions that exceed the set limits will not be processed.
Liability Limitations and Account Suspension Policy
Platform Liability Limits
Gns3 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages suffered by users — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, even if gns3 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Gns3 strives to keep the platform available at all times, but makes no guarantee that the service will be free from interruptions, errors, or delays. Technical issues, system maintenance, or factors beyond our control may cause the platform to be temporarily unavailable.
Account Suspension and Closure
Gns3 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any user account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has breached any of these terms, engaged in fraud, money laundering, or conduct that is harmful to the platform or other users.
Where an account is closed due to a breach of terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited once the investigation is concluded and the breach is confirmed. The platform's decision in such matters is final. Users may contact customer support for enquiries regarding their account status.
Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the support team. Any valid balance in the account will be returned via the registered payment method once the request has been processed, subject to any necessary review.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links, and Changes to Terms
Intellectual property rights
All content on the gns3 platform — including logos, interface designs, text, graphics, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software — is the exclusive property of gns3 or its licensed content providers. This content is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
Users are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or use any platform content for commercial or public purposes without prior written consent from gns3. Limited use for personal, non-commercial purposes is permitted, provided the original source is credited.
Third-Party Links
The gns3 platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. These links are provided solely for user convenience. gns3 does not control, endorse, or take responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites. Users are advised to read the terms and privacy policies of third-party websites before engaging with them.
Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
Gns3 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time at our sole discretion. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Users are responsible for reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of any updates. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms, or the use of the gns3 platform, are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia. Should any provision of these terms be found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
